What role does trust play in an organization? Is there a way to optimize it. Our guest, Shaun Mader, is a creative strategist for organizations that prioritize human development. He suggest, one approach to understanding and optimizing trust in organizations is to use the condensed Optimal Trust Grid to show people the components of trust and how we use it as a measuring and teaching tool. Through the grid, they will naturally discover the components of trust and walk away with a far more nuanced view of the world and their relationships.

Shaun Mader's diverse background in photography, film production, travel, education, and coaching gives him a unique perspective on leadership. He serves as a creative strategist for organizations that prioritize human development and engagement in their goals for growth. These include startups, non-profits, corporations, and educational institutions and the executives who lead them.

Currently, as President of Optimal Trust, Shaun implements systems that promote cultures of trust and belonging where true innovation can flourish and add to the bottom line. He does this by facilitating communication to empower team performance by breaking through limiting patterns. He is also a leader and coach for Exponential Individuals. When he is not working and can be found practicing mindfulness on mats through JiuJitsu and yoga and fundraising for women and children in the red light district in Kolkata.
