Lodging Options

Georgetown is happy to offer the following options at discounted rates, on a first-come, first-serve basis (please note there is extremely limited availability both on-campus and at the preferred hotel):

If the following accommodations do not meet your needs or are no longer available, Georgetown University has partnered with a number of hotels in the immediate area that may offer special discounted rates for guests to our campus. Please visit this site to browse the hotels and to complete your reservation through the links provided.

• On-Campus Option: Arrupe Hall ($83/ night + $15 for linens)

  • Payment due at the time of registration

  • Suite style rooms with shared bathroom/ lounge, private bedroom (two bedrooms per suite)

  • Although these rooms are on-campus and convenient to the forum, please be advised that these should not be considered hotel accommodations and as such will be staffed completely by student workers. 

  • Arrupe is a short 5 minute walk to the Hariri building and Lohrfink Auditorium, where a majority of the keynote and plenary speaker sessions will occur. 
     

• Off-Campus Option: Hyatt Centric  

  • Reservations and payment should be made directly with the hotel via this link. 

  • Located in Arlington, Virginia (across the Key Bridge from Georgetown University). 

  • Private shuttle service will not be available, however, shuttle service to campus via the GUTS bus will be available

  • If you’d like to commute to campus on foot, it is a 1.1 mile walk from the Hyatt to campus (approx. 30 minutes door to door). 

  • Located in Arlington, Virginia (across the Key Bridge from Georgetown University). 

Parking Information

Parking is available in the Southwest Garage, which is a short walk to both Hariri and Arrupe. Parking there is free of charge on Sundays and $25/day for the rest of the week. Please visit this site for more information.
