We understand that traveling internationally to attend the forum can be challenging, and we also recognize that most universities require papers to be accepted before approving sponsorship.
**We have opened the Call for Papers early to facilitate acceptances across the year leading to the conference, and will have a rolling system of acceptances. We aim to respond to your submission within three weeks.
**For those aiming to use 2025 budgets for travel, please submit your paper prior to November 30 for a mid-December response. Final due date for submissions is TBD.
Submissions:
To maximize variety and participation, three types of submission are available:
- Extended Abstract: 500 words and 10-minute presentation
- Full Papers: 5,000 – 7,000 words and 15-minute presentation
- Teaching innovation practices: case studies
