About the Program

BIPP is a learning journey that equips participants to become IP facilitators for their colleagues—supporting Jesuit business schools in translating the Inspirational Paradigm into teaching practice, faculty development, and institutional culture.

Building on the success of the 1st global cohort, which began its journey in Bogotá, the 2nd global cohort continues the momentum with a new cycle that begins in Los Angeles and concludes in Madrid.

Who is BIPP for?

BIPP is intended for Jesuit business school faculty across the global network who:

  • are motivated to integrate and promote the Inspirational Paradigm (IP)
  • are interested in faculty facilitation and peer learning
  • value global collaboration in Jesuit business education
  • can commit to the full program calendar (in-person + online)

Program Journey & Format

The 2nd global cohort includes:

In-person milestones

  • Kick-off: IAJBS World Forum — Los Angeles
  • Closing gathering: IAJBS World Forum — Madrid

Online learning sessions
Between the two in-person meetings, participants will take part in eight online sessions (approximately 1,5 hours each). These sessions are designed to deepen understanding of the IP and build facilitation skills for supporting colleagues back at home institutions.

What participants will gain

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • articulate key elements of the Inspirational Paradigm clearly and convincingly
  • design and facilitate IP-focused sessions for their faculty colleagues
  • exchange practices and co-create resources with a global network of Jesuit educators
  • contribute to a shared effort to strengthen Jesuit business education internationally
