Call for interested persons to join the IHMA Fellowship Brain Storming committee.
Purpose:
Join a group of like minded individuals to help brainstorm the future of the IHMA Fellowship program.
As IHMA’s membership has grown, so too has the need to help members connect with one another, learn from each other, and support Humanistic Management related projects.
We are looking for people to help us envision and create a fellowship program that can accomplish the following things:
1. Revive the PhD reading group and make it open to everyone. This will be managed as a panel discussion and be open to discussing anyone’s research as long as it is Humanistic Management related.
2. Fellowship. What does fellowship mean, and what does it look like. Is it open to everyone? Do we need separate groups for academics and practitioners?
3. Do we want to have a formal fellows program? How do people participate and get chosen to be a fellow? What are the expectations for people who become fellows?
Time Commitment:
Expected 1 to 2 hours per week.
Work will be done through committee video conferencing.
First meeting to be held at the end of February.
