To Sue or Not to Sue: A Disabled Entrepreneur Applying for an SBIR Grant Faces Barriers

Connor, a visually impaired entrepreneur, faces a legal, business, and ethical decision.  He recently applied through a federal agency for a Small Business Innovation Research Grant (SBIR).  However, he was unable to navigate the agency’s grant submission website due to accessibility issues on the web.  Connor was frustrated, and is considering pursuing litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
