This grant successfully expanded the Business Grand Rounds (BGR) experiential teaching method from the United States to Universidad Católica de Córdoba (UCC) in Argentina, demonstrating that student-written case pedagogy rooted in Ignatian principles can be effectively adapted across cultures and languages. The project produced a validated Spanish translation of BGR materials, trained a cohort of Latin American faculty through virtual workshops and individual coaching, implemented the method across three graduate courses with 56 students, and disseminated findings through a Professional Development Workshop at the 2025 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. Faculty surveys revealed strong endorsement of the method, with 83% recommending its use in future classes and reporting significant gains in student engagement, critical thinking, and ethical reasoning. These outcomes establish BGR as a globally adaptable pedagogy and create a foundation for expanded collaboration within Jesuit business education networks.
