Sudden switch to remote instruction: Managing a crisis in a Zoom world

Gulfshore College, a small Liberal Arts College in the Southern US has had to switch to remote instruction in response to the COVID19 pandemic. Dean Johnson is gathering a team of College officials to evaluate their first response to the crisis and to determine their future courses of action. The case ends with a challenge as the College just found out that they will continue delivering classes remotely as several issues ensued from their previous experience of quickly adapting to a new communication approach.
