  • Check-in begins at 1 p.m. in your assigned residence hall.
  • You must be checked out by 10 a.m. on your departure date.
  • Our staff will happily check your luggage at the front desk if needed.
  • There is a $25 late check-out fee for folks who don’t vacate their rooms by 10 a.m., or don’t make arrangements with our front desk.
  • Both Bellarmine Hall and Chardin Hall front desks are staffed daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Should you arrive after 11 p.m., or if you require assistance with anything after hours, please contact SeattleU Public Safety at 206-296-5990, and they’ll have an on-call Conference Assistant meet you.
  • Parking is available for purchase from the Bellarmine Hall or Chardin Hall front desk for $6 per day. Please see your friendly Conference Assistant for details.
  • If you wish to use the fitness facilities on campus please request that information at the front desk for your passes or enquire when you register and pick up your information for the conference in the PACCAR Atrium, Pigott Building.
  • Conference registration begins Sunday July 22 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm in the PACCAR Atrium, Pigott Building
  • All Jesuits that are staying on campus are instructed to come to the Jesuit residence for their room keys regardless of building they are assigned.
