Can a sixty-year-old amusement park rise like a phoenix amid a 21st-century crisis?

Since its inception, Fairs and Events (FAE) has been dedicated provide family recreation services through its traveling amusement parks. Founded by Rita, Diego, and Fabio more than sixty years ago, FAE has seen its share of ups and downs. Through it all, FAE had delighted Colombian families. While the family and leadership team had been met with uncertainty in the past, nothing could prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century– civil unrest and a global pandemic. Through it all, FAE relied heavily on its deep-rooted commitment to social responsibility. Initially inspired by Rita, Diego, and Fabio, it was now Ricardo’s turn to lead the company. He carefully considered how to use this social spirit to overcome the challenges of a global pandemic and ceasing of all operations.
