This module can be used to form this generation of leaders in the new paradigm of business, as we start with self-awareness and discernment of where one’s personal strengths and gifts can make a difference in the wicked-systemic-adaptive problems we are facing. Inspired by the movements in the first two weeks of the Spiritual Exercises, the approach of the design engages our learners at the level of their hunger or desires.

This module includes:

1. A complete asynchronous module designed on the Canvas LMS and translated into low-bandwidth versions. At the end of the module, learners will have an awareness and understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, a discerned direction of where they can apply these in the pain points around them, and a thought-out proposal to begin a project, organization, or enterprise that can tackle these wicked-systemic adaptive problems.

2. 3 Video cases of social innovators, creative disruptors, and/or corporate business leaders (ideally alumni of our Jesuit schools) who model in their own life choices and experiences the self-awareness, discernment, and practices of the new paradigm of leaders. These form part of the module and can be used as stand-alone cases.
