Francisco is a student in the Ph.D.
Program in Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University. He is Co-founder and Managing Director of Testing House de Mexico (THMx), and Professor at the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESO), Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. THMx is a company whose mission is to creatively engineer sustainable and innovative testing and measurement solutions for the electronics industry, as a means to produce happy customers. Under Francisco’s leadership, THMx survived the global crisis of years 2008-2009 and afterwards the company was honored with multiple recognitions, for instance the Jalisco State Export Award in 2010 and 2016, the National Export Award in 2011, and the National Prize for Technology and Innovation XII and XVI. Francisco is a lecturer and coauthor of cases studies related to the impact of leadership, innovation and technology management models on company sustainable growth. Francisco earned his B.S in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Guadalajara (1997), a M.S in engineering for quality (2005) and an MBA with honors (2010), both from ITESO University. Francisco’s research interests are related to the impact of leader and follower humility on team performance, and ultimately organizational sustainable development.
