Catherine Giapponi

Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. She earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut and Sc.D. from the University of New Haven. She currently teaches the capstone business strategy course in both the undergraduate and graduate MBA programs at the Dolan School of Business. In addition, Dr. Giapponi teaches a nonprofit management course at the undergraduate level. Her primary research interests include business strategy, corporate governance, case writing and experiential learning. She has published in the Journal of Management Education, Organization Management Journal, Case Research Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Educational Management, International Journal of Risk Assessment and Management, Journal of Individual Employment Rights, Journal of the International Academy for Case Studies, North East Journal of Legal Studies, Journal of the Transportation Research Forum and Journal of Jesuit Business Education. Dr. Giapponi served as the co-editor of the Teaching & Learning section of the Organization Management Journal.
