41 South 16th St.San Jose, CA 95112
I started working abroad as a Peace Corps Volunteer and then worked for Plan International for
10 years in Latin America and West Africa. Later I worked for Chiquita in Panama for two years. My MBA and PhD are both from Case Western Reserve University with an emphasis in OB. I've been teaching since 1993, most recently at SJSU where I have been since 2002. I'm married to Joyce Osland, also a professor. We have three adult children and six grandchildren. We've been married 48 years. I devote all of my writing to cases, which I enjoy enormously.
