The aim of the research was to investigate the link between dividend policies and share prices in Pakistan's banking industry. Five banks were chosen by convenient sampling from the Pakistan stock market. For eight years from 2014-2020, the panel data of five (5) banks have been utilised for study.

This study is based on secondary data and multi-regression findings. Action price was utilised as a dependent variable, with independent dividend yield, asset size, and asset growth.

The consequence is that we have hypothesized assistance. The connection between dividend yield and share price is strong. And also has positive direction
