The Inspirational Paradigm for Jesuit Business suggests four necessary elements to renew Jesuit Business education: “Renewing Business Curricula;” “use of the Ignation Pedagogical Paradigm” (IPP); “a vision of the essential skills needed for this new kind of leadership;” and “the role of key stakeholders.” Developments have been focused on “Renewing Business Curricula,” with relatively little attention to use of the IPP. This may be due to a lack of familiarity with the IPP, or a belief that the IPP is not applicable to specific disciplines. To address these issues, we provide an overview of the IPP, followed by a literature review on the application of the IPP in business curricula. We find broad application of the IPP
