Inspired by Pope Francis’ Laudato Si’, the International Association of Jesuit Universities (IAJU) introduced the Inspirational Paradigm (IP) in 2020. This paradigm is rooted in centuries-old Jesuit traditions and reflects the principles of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm (IPP). Jesuit Business Schools worldwide have embraced this transformative approach and discussed the extent of the transformation they must undergo if they want to align with the IP. We present the case of the ITESO School of Business located in Mexico, showcasing the integration of the IP into the school’s strategic plan. This case illustrates the IP’s adaptability within Jesuit Business Schools, regardless of individual contexts. We aim for this case to serve as an example for other business schools to integrate the IP into their strategic plans.
