With the 2021 commercialization of Apple’s AirTags, stalking has never been easier. Victims have found AirTags on their vehicles, clothing, and accessories, tracking their location. Apple is forced to reconcile its innovative and growth strategy with public outcry of stalking victims and legal implications over unwanted surveillance and reasonable foreseeability.
