Zbysław Dobrowolski is a professor at the Jagiellonian University in Poland and a professional
specialist in the private and public sector. His research interest in the area of ethics and work includes good governance, employee-friendly companies. He is the co-author of three worldwide sets of public auditing guidelines and standards that aim to enhance transparency, integrity and accountability in any organisation. His research is published and cited in various journals and places, including U.N., and he served as an expert to INTOSAI, OSCE and OECD on issues of accountability and integrity.
