Professional with experience in financial institutions such as HSBC and Banco Santander performing business promotion, analysis and valuation of financial statements for the granting of loans for a period of five years;
She served as director of the International Center for Business Excellence (CIEE) for a five-year period, a program formed by the University of Guadalajara and the University of Virginia Commonwealth, responsible for business incubation, training, business consulting, and applied research activities; she is currently the co-founder and director of CI2S (Center for Sustainable Research and Innovation), an organization that promotes social capital, innovation, and sustainable impact in organizations.
He was Faculty Advisor of the CUCEA ENACTUS (formerly SIFE) student team, focused on supporting vulnerable communities (sustainable development) in the period 2009-2014, where he won first place in the National Championship, representing Mexico in Berlin, Germany.
He has taught at the University of Guadalajara and the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), giving courses in Finance, International Trade Theory and Administration, Entrepreneurship, Factory of Innovative Projects, Feasibility Studies and Business Models.
Currently, she is a PhD student in the Management Sciences program at the University of Guadalajara; she is a Master in Business and Economic Studies, a scholarship holder from the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) at the University of Guadalajara, a graduate in Business Administration from La Salle University, a graduate in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and a graduate in Business Skills Development for Small Rural Enterprises from the University of Guadalajara / University of Notre Dame; Diploma for Directors and Advisors of the SBDC, University of Texas; as well as the Diploma in Social Development given by the Universidad Panamericana-Coparmex.
He has certified training for the development of sustainable management reports by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), The Netherlands. Certified Consultant by the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA), Atlanta, United States; he is a Certified Advisor by the Mexican Institute of Best Corporate Practices (IMMPC); he is a Certified Advisor for Human Capital Development and Productive Chain Development by CONAFOR. Professional trained for technology transfer in clusters by ADIAT
