- ABOUT DR. FRANCISCO VALLE
- Dr. Francisco J. Valle provides management consulting services to businesses, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. He teaches Global Marketing and Strategy at UCLA and Strategic Management and International Business at Loyola Marymount University. Dr. Valle has participated in startups, M&A transactions, and divestitures. He knows how to apply his knowledge in AI, ML, B2B, B2C, P2E2C2CX, Display Advertising, and Social and Digital Media to increase sales, profits, margins, brand and product and service awareness. He scripts and directs TV advertisement and negotiates and places media.
- Dr. Valle is an expert at synergizing, leveraging and integrating cross-functional assets for value creation and increased customer satisfaction, market share, revenues, and margins. He approaches every engagement applying an entrepreneurial mindset and a custom-tailored culturally relevant framework developed for his Ph.D. Dissertation.
- Dr. Valle has proven results assisting small to large organizations determine whether they possess a sustainable competitive advantage, or, if not, how to secure one to beat the competition. He also possesses an in-depth expertise in identifying, developing and implementing integrated strategic and marketing communications plans for organizations with a desire to enhance their DEI position and instill a transformative culture change to pursue multicultural markets. Dr. Valle coauthored How To Win The Hispanic Gold Rush™ a book selected for inclusion in Forbes Magazine’s Book Club.
- Prior to becoming a consultant, Dr. Valle was a leader with full P&L responsibility of organizations with up to 1400 employees and $500 million in revenue.

- Having received Merrill Lynch’s prestigious Leadership in Diversity Award for his creative global approach.
- Being appointed to BP's Worldwide Center of Expertise Committee in Logistics and Distribution.
- Presenting “Enacting the Inspirational Paradigm: Business as a Force for Good within the U.S. Hispanic Community” at the Worldwide Conference of Colleagues of Jesuit Business Schools.
- Designing and conducting with the Institute of the Americas a “Selling Consumer Goods to Hispanics” conference for executives from the United States and Latin America.
- Serving as a TED Circles Host and being a member of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma.
- Nationally, Dr. Valle:
- Presented “Using Big Data and Language Services to Leverage U.S. Multi-Cultural Demographic Changes” at the Connect.Communicate.Care. - On Demand Health: The New Medicine Symposium.
- Earned four national Palm Awards for advertising campaigns developed for clients.
- Received the Top Five Percent Profit Producer and the Excellence Market Manager Awards at Taco Bell.
- At the state and local levels, Dr. Valle was:
- Appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to co-chair the Communications and Outreach Subcommittee of the Governor’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities.
- Named both the 2014 Community Healthcare Champion Award by the San Diego Business Journal and the 2013 Health Professional of the Year Latino Champion by the U-T San Diego.
- Honored by California State University, Fullerton, as One of the Top 50 Hispanic Alumni to Graduate from this University during its 50th Anniversary Celebration on January 29, 2008.
- Dr. Valle completed Corporate Governance Training at both Harvard Business School and UCLA. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and an Executive Certificate in Strategy from Claremont Graduate University's The Peter F. Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. Dr. Valle earned an M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.S. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Biology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
- Dr. Valle has served on Boards of Directors of large Non-Profit Organizations, a Federally Qualified Health Center, and Chambers of Commerce. He has been an advisory board member of educational institutions and businesses including NBC San Diego and the San Diego Padres.
