My academic career at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve allowed me to build an analytical
…capacity for the evaluation of various economic and social phenomena, using databases to analyze these phenomena under both micro and macroeconomic point of views.
My specializations in social economy and development economics indicate my desire to understand the complex world that surrounds us, beyond the mere lucrative goal. I am particularly interested in the issue of social inequalities and in particular their effects on children, a theme that I was able to explore during my thesis on the measurement of child poverty.
As a young Italian who studied in international schools in Italy and France, I speak French, English and Italian very well; My academic experience in Santiago de Chile, as part of a Mercator exchange, gave me the chance to perfect my knowledge of Spanish. These enriching experiences in different countries and with other cultures have fostered my adaptability and a sense of contact.
