niversity in Richmond, British Columbia.  I have held positions in several universities in Psychology Departments teaching applied psychology particularly Organizational Behavior and Psychology.  With partners we started a analytics selection company 20 years ago but now spend most of my time researching and writing about Humanist Chaplaincy in Canada and the Secular Shift interfacing with religion in multiple institutions.  I am a father, grandfather, avid sports fan, golfer and fly fisherman.  I strongly believe that the issues we face in the 21st century are too important and global to let differences in worldview separate those who want to be part of the solution and not the problem.
