CSPOs are typically the individuals who are closest to the “business side” of the project. They are charged by the organization to “get the product out” and are expected to do the best possible job of satisfying all the stakeholders. CSPOs maintain the product backlog and ensure that everyone knows the priorities.
Taking the CSPO course is the first step on your path of becoming more Agile. To truly master Scrum, experience and continuing education are necessary.
By earning a Certified Scrum Product Owner® certification you:

- Expand your career opportunities by staying relevant and marketable across all industry sectors adopting Agile practices.
- Engage with a community of recognized Scrum experts who are committed to continuous improvement.
Scrum is an agile framework for product development. In our ScrumMaster® course, you will learn about the history of agile development and the disciplines promoted by Scrum. Scrum can apply to many industries such as IT, finance, government, health care, telecommunications, construction, education, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, and others that need to develop high-quality solutions quickly. Our ScrumMaster® certification is taught by a Scrum Alliance Certified Trainer through a partnership with Collaborative Leadership Team and will cover techniques for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution, and progress reporting. In-depth discussions, exercises, and case studies will reinforce the ideas learned.
After taking this course your information will be submitted to the Scrum Alliance and you will be eligible to take the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) online exam. You must participate in both days of training to be eligible for submission to Scrum Alliance.
