Implementing the Inspirational Paradigm: Surveying the progress achieved in spreading the word

The Inspirational Paradigm (IP), when introduced in 2020, presented a transformative vision of a shared Jesuit approach to business education, informed by Laudato Si’,” the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, and Jesuit priorities. Two years into the project, numerous curriculum innovations have been developed to implement the IP, but it is not clear how many Jesuit business educators even are aware of the IP, much less have adapted their curricula to align with the vision of the IP. By conducting a survey of global Jesuit business faculty and administrators included in the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS) database, we endeavored to gauge the progress both in spreading awareness of the IP and in implementing it into curricula at Jesuit business schools.
