One of CustomInk’s main issues with Pear is that it could possibly leverage the value of groups associated with competing custom merchandise companies, CustomInk’s direct competitors. With the acquisition of Pear, CustomInk now has the difficult decision as to whether they should allow competitors to connect groups on their sites to the benefits associated with Pear.
