CrediFi prides itself on having great data and great analytics centered around the commercial real estate market. They are looking to get more data about the commercial real estate market from not only financiers but also tenants looking to contribute information much the same way users on TripAdvisor or Glassdoor share information about their personal experiences. All the information about a particular building is uniquely known by the people who live and work there and CrediFi would like to add these reviews to their arsenal of big data. How can CrediFi properly incentivize tenants, appraisers, architects, and vendors to promote a culture of transparency around a particular building environment?
