ShopKeep opened their Portland office in June of 2014. Their agenda was to significantly extend their support and sales hours. ShopKeep currently employs roughly 65 employees at their Portland office; of that total, over one third of them are sales personnel. Zach Stein manages the sales team in the Portland office and he needs your help in designing an effective and efficient sales new-hire training program. As is, they decided to build a two-week program. The first week consists of in-depth product training. The second week revolves around sales methodology. For the first week, Zach decided to build a course on Lessonly.com, which allows students to focus on isolated product features. Ultimately, Lessonly.com is not an effective or efficient way to train his new staff members.
