President Patrick Marzano has been faced with the question of Anthony’s hard stance on no deliveries. There is a lot of responsibility when it comes to delivery (e.g., vehicles, insurance, pre-vetting/recruitment...etc.), especially taking into account that Anthony’s is a growing, centrally owned, national chain. Marzano mentions that the main issue is the food quality. The food is meant to be eaten fresh out of the oven, which makes transport and delivery time a challenge.
