The KIND Movement Engagement
Since day one, KIND has been on a mission to make the world a little kinder. Employees celebrate kindness in many different ways. For example, KIND's Corporate Social Responsibility team designed a campaign where they hand out special KIND reward cards to strangers for performing random acts of kindness. KIND also rewards individuals as part of a monthly grant program for working on bringing socially impactful ideas to life. Consumers may not understand that KIND is more than a name and a product.
