A key strategic asset MSN has built is their app which directly connects to fans and notifies them via iPhone ping that there’s something worth watching.
MSN needs a clear and nuanced approach for operating on different media platforms in a way that accomplishes the goal of reaching as large of an audience as possible, but also in a meaningful and positive manner. The former goal must not compromise the latter.
